We are a family and we treat our community, employees, and friends as family.

Chico's is growing more and more every day and yet we have not and will not forget what makes us such a great company. From day one we have followed the Chico’s way of life by valuing or customers, maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit, providing personal service, and fostering individual commitment, creativity, innovative energy, a positive attitude, respect for all, honesty, confidence, teamwork, and personal growth. We feel these are the threads that tie our clothing into the fabric of a community, a family, and all of humanity. It is a philosophy that is maintained through our associations, and through our employees that have been with us from one-year to twenty-years.
